My experience with “vaping” is that some ‘vape shops’ are dealing drugs and the police are doing nothing about it!
They also sell imported cigarettes, uk duty free.

If I mentioned the ethnicity of those naughty shopkeepers, as in what is the ethnicity of those shopkeepers, then the "let em do what they want brigade" will start moaning

I thought that dealing drugs was the raison d'etre for vape shops.

Tobacco smoke: contains over 7,000 identified components, and is harmful.
Vaping: contains fewer components, long term effect is unknown, but is assumed to be harmful, though less so than tobacco smoke.
Pure nicotine: is toxic, but at dilute dosage has an enormous therapeutic effect across a range of phenomena. At low dosage level, appears to produce little physiological damage, but any therapeutic usage has been constrained on account of it being the most addictive/habit-forming compound in the entire pharmacopeia.

Folk that vape are dirty buggers and sit in my workplace doing it thinking it is acceptable for me to breathe in their noxious stink, despite my employer deeming it a disciplinary offence for them to do it.

What is that pungent stuff they vape, the stink of it gets everywhere and it lingers, I presume it' is some sort of naughty drug.
